I live in Cornwall on the North Coast near Truro. I will travel up to 40 mins to 1 hour for Post-Natal work. I usually help support your family for a minimum of 20 hours – for example, this could be over a period of 8 -10 weeks, following the birth of your baby. My doula site is: www.doulavibes.co.uk
Things I can help you with: holding your baby while you catch up on some sleep, assistance with feeding baby – breast/bottle, cooking food for you and your family, washing up, tidying, washing and drying/folding of clothes, going shopping for you, or just being there to lend a caring ear for any concerns you may have and signposting local providers/therapists for your needs. I can also help entertain older siblings whilst you care for your new little bundle.

As your Post-Natal Doula, I am able to offer Baby Massage with you and your baby, including some Post-Natal Yoga work if required.

POST-NATAL Packages:
£400 for 20 hours support (£20 per hour) Usually used over the course of approximately 2 to 4 weeks. Most clients book me for 3 sessions per week in the first two weeks, then reduce to two times per week etc….my time with you includes an optional baby massage session, where I will teach you how to perform a ‘tummy massage’.
Hours are booked in 4 hr blocks minimum. 3 hour blocks may be possible if based in Farnham.
Other POST-NATAL options:
£22 per hour ‘ad-hoc’ Post-Natal Doula Support, booked in 4 hour blocks at a time.
I will drive up to 40 mins drive to 1 hour. For blocks of 4 hours minimum. 3 hour blocks may be possible. Includes ‘tummy and colic routine’ baby massage tuition if required. Parking fees may apply if applicable.
