Motherhood can be tiring – a lot of time is spent focussing on your new little bundle leaving little time for your own needs.

Equally, Pregnancy can be a time when you just need some time to relax and rest before baby’s arrival…..

Come along for an hour of ‘me time’ – total chill out, with gentle Yoga based stretches, breathing exercises to de-stress, guided meditations and a long relaxation with soothing music.
